Philosophy

It starts with a goal to change: to overcome pain or injury, to regain mobility or just a desire to get in shape. But good intentions are not enough. Most clients don’t start with a highly functional body. Even clients who consider themselves ‘fit’ are often carrying injuries and limitations that, if ignored, will soon block the way to progress.

We must create a proper foundation of alignment and functional movement that will provide a sound base to build upon. We must progress the RIGHT way - which is never the same for two individuals.

We’ll find time for a laugh along the way. And even when it’s hard, you’ll feel a whole lot better once it’s done. What is the prize for doing all this? An opportunity to create your best self. To get back to doing the things you love. So let’s go!
